Description:

The joint ICTP-KFAS workshop will consist of invited presentations and a very limited number of contributed talks. All participants are encouraged to submit poster presentations. The workshop is aimed to identify the national priorities in relation to the application of remote sensing and geographic information systems (GIS) for integrated management of ecosystems and water resources in Latin America. The thematic areas of particular focus will be atmospheric sciences, hydrology and agriculture.



Call For Papers

For those interested in making an oral or poster presentation during the Conference, a one-page abstract (size A4) should be uploaded directly to the on-line application. (Please upload file attachments in .pdf). The time available for contributed oral presentations will be very limited; some authors who submit abstracts for oral presentation may be asked to present a poster instead.
