Description:

In this talk, I am going to discuss on a possible attempt to a classification of one-dimensional fully-gapped phases. In particular, we will reveal the existence of hidden duality symmetries in the low-energy limit which relate different ordered phases. The description of the gapped phases of the generalized two-leg spin ladder will be described using this duality approach.
